Look out for versions including the Beautyrest Beginnings Incline Sleeper, the Disney Baby Minnie Mouse Incline Sleeper, Delta Children Deluxe 3-in-1 Activity Rocker, Simmons Kids Beautyrest Deluxe 3-in-1, and the 3-in-1 Activity Rocker, Feeder and Incline Sleeper. To determine if your infant sleeper is included in the recall, look for model numbers 27404-2255, 27404-437, 27404-758, and 27404-942. Sold in retailers across the country, the infant sleeper was available in stores between January 2017 and December 2018.
