Fatal York County Car Accident leaves one dead, another injured

Christopher Paul Kaiser was killed this morning in a fatal York County car accident. The accident occurred at the intersection of Battle Road and Route 17 around 5:30 a.m.

DailyPress.com reported that the driver of the truck, Jacob Frederick, was taken to the hospital.  Kaiser, the driver of the car which was hit by the truck, was pronounced dead at the scene. 

State police have reported that Kaiser was making a left from Battle Road onto U.S. 17 when the truck ran a red light and struck him on the driver side. 

Charges are currently pending.
