Testosterone Drug Lawsuits
Our dangerous and defective product lawyers are currently investigating potential lawsuits for those who have suffered from heart attacks, strokes, or any other serious medical conditions after using a testosterone replacement drug.
Deadly Side Effects
Testosterone (Low-T) treatments have recently been linked to serious and deadly side effects. On January 31 the Federal Drug Administration announced that they would open an investigation to research cardiovascular complications resulting from approved FDA products for use with low testosterone levels. Initial reports have revealed serious heart side effects including but not limited to:
- heart attack
- pulmonary embolism
- and death
These revelations were the result of an observational study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association in November, 2013. It was found that older men with underlying heart conditions were at a 30% increased risk of heart attack, stroke, pulmonary embolism and death. An FDA alert suggests that there is a 50% increase in risk for those with heart conditions who undergo testosterone therapy.
