Pedestrian seriously injured in Hampton car accident
November 10, 2011

A pedestrian was seriously injured on Sunday, November 6 after being hit by a car.  The accident occurred at Floyd Thompson and Magruder Blvd in Hampton around 1PM Sunday.

According to WVEC, a Pontiac G6 swerved to avoid an obstacle in the road and struck another vehicle and a pedestrian in the median. 

The woman on the median was taken to the hospital with serious, possibly life threatening injuries.
