Two Deaths after Boat Capsizes Near Lesner Bridge

Around 9am this morning the Coast Guard received a distress call about a capsized boat.   PilotOnline reported that two people were rescued by a Virginian Pilot Association boat, two rescued by the Coast Guard, and the two others were rescued by police and firefighters.  One person died upon rescue, and another died hours later.  Several people are suffering from hypothermia, but are all in stable condition.
