Truck Accident Leaves One Person Dead in Virginia Beach

Monday night around 11:30PM near Seaboard Rd, a pickup truck was found rolled over in a ditch. PilotOnline reported that the truck was headed around a curve when it ran off the road and flipped over. The passenger of the truck was ejected and landed under the vehicle and died at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle was wearing his seatbelt and survived the accident. Twenty five year old Allan Tauchen was charged with driving while under the influence and involuntary manslaughter.
