Toy Boats Recalled by Buzz's Boatyard Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission reports that a company called Buzz's Boatyard's has voluntarily announced a recall on a product that contains an excessive level of lead.

Buzz's Boatyard, of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, says that the paint on their toy boats violate lead paint standards.  The two models involved in the recall are Titanic and Pop Pop toy boats.

There have no been any incidents or injuries reported thus far.

They have been on the market from April 2007 until November 2007.
