Those seriously injured in a bicycle accident due to someone else's negligence, have the option of contacting a lawyer to discuss their legal rights.

The fact is, those driving any type of motor vehicle have a responsibility to watch out for pedestrians and those riding bicycles.  Although pedestrians and bicyclists have a responsibility to be cautious for their own safety and obey crosswalk signals, drivers do not have the right to be negligent and disregard the actions of pedestrians and cyclists.
