Our Virginia pedestrian and bicycle injury lawyers represent victims in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Richmond, and all of Virginia.  Our experienced Attorneys will seek full and rightful compensation for clients who have suffered serious injuries from a careless or negligent driver in a Virginia pedestrian or bicycle accident.  These types of accidents usually result in extreme injuries such as traumatic brain injuries, fractures, broken bones, or even paralysis.

The fact is, those driving any type of motor vehicle have a responsibility to watch out for pedestrians and those riding bicycles.  Although pedestrians have a responsibility to be cautious for their own safety and obey crosswalk signals, drivers do not have the right to be negligent and disregard the actions of pedestrians and cyclists.
