Virginia Beach Wolfsnare Road Car Crash
Sunday night after PM, authorities were called to Wolfsnare Road in Virginia Beach to respond to a car accident. The driver of a Honda Accord lost control of the vehicle, ran off the road, and crashed into a tree.Twenty year old John Korte, who was a passenger and did not wear a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, 20 year old Cameron Crockett, was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Crockett was charged with aggravated involuntary manslaughter, a DUI, refusing a breath test, underage possession of alcohol, and driving without a license.
Police say that alcohol and speed were most likely the causing factors of accident.
