VDH Warns Against Eating Crab Mustard

WVEC reports that the Virginia Department of Health has issued a warning on the consumption of the yellowish-green digestive portion that is found in blue crabs.  Tests have indicated that blue crabs from the Southern Branch of the Elizabeth River and a portion of the York River have elevated polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and dioxin levels.
