13News reports - Dawn Barber was sentenced to 30 days in jail, given a $500 fine, ordered to take an ASAP class, and now has a suspended license.
Barber was stopped on I-64 in August, and was charged with driving under the influence.
She will also be demoted in rank to Captain.
