Bicyclist killed in Norfolk by drunk driver

Paul Marqueeant was killed Saturday morning when he was struck by a drunk driver.

According to the DailyPress, Marqueeant, 49, was riding his bicycle in the 6500 block of Tidewater Drive around 3 a.m. when he was struck by Robert Jarvis.

Jarvis, 51, was charged with DUI, and further charges are pending.
